Are you tired of regular conferences?

Do you love getting together with industry friends, but struggle to sit inside a conference hall listening to panel discussions and talking heads? Would you rather be outdoors enjoying a thrilling adventure while connecting with your sleep industry friends?

If this sings to your soul, Dream Camp might be for you.

What is Dream Camp?

Dream Camp is the world's first adventure retreat for executives, thought leaders, and tastemakers working in the sleep and mattress industry.

Dream Camp is for the adventurous among us who hate sitting inside a conference room and would rather make memories and connect with people by doing something active and engaging.

We believe when you come together around a shared interest like cycling, those conditions fast-track relationships and help people form lifelong bonds.

We’re sick of temporary, transactional interactions that unfold at most conferences and we decided to do something about it.

Dream Camp is for women and men who crave the outdoors and don’t want to spend their most valuable years stuck at a conference surrounded by blue blazers and brass buttons.

We play by our own rules. We love people and we believe that by deepening our connections we can make the world a better place.

Dream Camp is the only adventure retreat in the sleep industry designed to build community and connections that last a lifetime.

How do I get into Dream Camp?

Dream Camp is for sleep industry executives, thought leaders, and tastemakers. The experience we've created is designed for those are passionate about an activity. For example, if you're not an intermediate (or advanced) mountain biker, please don't apply for Dream Camp Mountain Biking.

To get in to Dream Camp, you must apply. Not everyone will make it. Dream Camps slots are limited because we reserve large homes where the group can enjoy organic interactions that only happen when you stay under one roof.

If you think you're a good fit, scroll down to apply.

FAQ

Who is behind Dream Camp?

Dream Camp is being brought to you by The FAM and C3. Normally the team at C3 is engineering, designing, and manufacturing the most advanced mattress machinery in the world. Come to find out, they’re also passionate about mountain biking. They contacted The FAM about creating a new way to gather our industry and together they created Dream Camp.

Is this a one-time event?

This is the first of many. Dream Camps are being planned around a variety of activities. We’ll unveil more Dream Camps as they become available. Subscribe to the newsletter at fam.news to get the latest updates.

Why are there rules?

Show up to Dream Camp and you’ll understand why we created rules. It takes years to understand certain etiquette, but a set of temporary rules allows everyone to come to Dream Camp and operate from the same playbook. This allows us to connect on a deeper level and walk away having had the best possible experience.

What am I going to get out of Dream Camp?

You get what you give. We understand why you might ask this question. You’re taking time away from your families and work. We believe Dream Camp will reinvigorate your sense of purpose in the sleep industry, deepen your connections so you can more easily solve problems and tackle opportunities. Oh, and you’re going to have fun. Remember, this is your life. As far as we know, you only get one. You deserve to have lots of fun with amazing people.
