  3. No phones during meals or planned events. Be present.

  4. Bring a burning bedding question you’d like to explore.

  5. Participate 100% and remember that people connect with your vulnerabilities, not your victories.

  6. No whining.

  7. If you break the rules you owe 10 push ups.

FAQ

Who is behind Dream Camp?

Dream Camp is being brought to you by The FAM and C3. Normally the team at C3 is engineering, designing, and manufacturing the most advanced mattress machinery in the world. Come to find out, they’re also passionate about mountain biking. They contacted The FAM about creating a new way to gather our industry and together they created Dream Camp.

Is this a one-time event?

This is the first of many. Dream Camps are being planned around a variety of activities. We’ll unveil more Dream Camps as they become available. Subscribe to the newsletter at fam.news to get the latest updates.

Why are there rules?

Show up to Dream Camp and you’ll understand why we created rules. It takes years to understand certain etiquette, but a set of temporary rules allows everyone to come to Dream Camp and operate from the same playbook. This allows us to connect on a deeper level and walk away having had the best possible experience.

What am I going to get out of Dream Camp?

You get what you give. We understand why you might ask this question. You’re taking time away from your families and work. We believe Dream Camp will reinvigorate your sense of purpose in the sleep industry, deepen your connections so you can more easily solve problems and tackle opportunities. Oh, and you’re going to have fun. Remember, this is your life. As far as we know, you only get one. You deserve to have lots of fun with amazing people.

Meet Your Hosts

Mark DesJardin with C3 and Mark Kinsley with Englander will be your friendly guides during Dream Camp. Both are avid cyclists, but believe the best thing about the sport is spending time with people. Feel free to email or call anytime:
